Iconic Golf
Golf at Tributer starts with Cutalong, a championship course that Golf Digest named one of the Top 5 Best New Private Courses in the country. Inspired by National Golf Links of America and the strategic principles of Golden Age architects like C.B. MacDonald, Donald Ross, and Alister MacKenzie, the course blends classic design with modern execution across holes that reward power and precision alike.
A second championship course is now underway: a new design from Tiger Woods’ TGR Design that will measure 7,310 yards through rolling farmland, hardwood forests, and pine groves overlooking the lake. A prominent ridge will anchor its clubhouse with sweeping views across the course, and, as with Cutalong, no two holes will feel alike, giving Tributer two distinct championship experiences on the same shoreline.
Signature Experiences
Coopers Bar & Restaurant, Tributer’s signature culinary offering, was honored in Golf Inc.’s 2026 Golden Fork Awards, placing third nationally in both New Private F&B Facility and Food Programming, the only kitchen recognized in two categories. Menus lean on daily fresh seafood, pasture-raised meats, and an in-house bakery, with a wine program curated by a Master Sommelier.
Beyond the course and the table, life at Tributer spans the water and the woods: paddleboarding and fishing from the shoreline, hiking and biking along Contrary Creek’s wooded trails, pickleball and clay shooting, and a lighted 18-hole putting green for evening rounds that spill into the night. A wellness sanctuary and spa are on the way, alongside a distillery, an amphitheater, and glamping under the stars.

Ronald Reagan Washington National and Dulles International both serve the region, with the nearby Louisa County Airport and a future onsite helipad for more direct arrivals.
